RETURN POLICY

Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all sales are considered final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Ultra Pure Bioscience are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact our customer service team within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.

Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue and packaging
  • A detailed description of the problem

After this review period, the order will be considered accepted and no further claims may be processed.

3. Resolution Process

If an issue is verified by Ultra Pure Bioscience, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund for the affected item only

Ultra Pure Bioscience reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each case.

4. Shipping & Carrier Issues

  • Ultra Pure Bioscience is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds due to loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or claims.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please review all order details carefully prior to completing checkout.

6. Research Use Only Products

All products sold by Ultra Pure Bioscience are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Due to the classification and handling requirements of research materials, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted except in cases of verified order discrepancies as outlined above.

Ultra Pure Bioscience does not guarantee products that have been improperly stored, handled, reconstituted with third-party materials, or used outside standard laboratory research practices.
